About Us
ShuoErgoLab is a Sydney-based supplier of ergonomic office chairs and electric height-adjustable desks. We sell to businesses, offices and home-office buyers across mainland Australia, from single units to full office fit-outs.
Who We Are
ShuoErgoLab is a registered Australian business (ABN 27 853 854 745), registered for GST. We import our chairs and desks and hold the stock ourselves at our warehouse in Auburn NSW, where orders are packed, dispatched and available for pickup.
Local Stock in Sydney
Our stock is held at our warehouse at 84/323B Chisholm Road, Auburn NSW 2144. Orders are dispatched from there, usually within 1–2 business days of payment, and delivered to mainland Australia. We don't currently deliver to Tasmania. See our Shipping Policy for delivery charges and estimated delivery times.

Every product page lists the specifications, dimensions and price, so you know exactly what you are ordering.
Business Orders
Volume pricing is applied automatically in the cart, based on the total number of units across all products in your order: 5% off 5–9 units, 10% off 10–19 units and 15% off 20 units or more. For orders of 50 units or more, request a quote and we will arrange pallet delivery.
Returns and Warranty
Change-of-mind returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery, and our chairs carry a warranty of 10 years on the gas lift and base and 12 months on all other parts, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund Policy.
