At Shuo Ergo Lab, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and free from damage.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and parts must be included.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged through misuse, abuse, or improper assembly.

  • Products showing excessive wear or signs of use.

  • Clearance or final sale items unless faulty.

Refunds

After the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Warranty

All chairs sold by Shuo Ergo Lab are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential and office use.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper assembly

  • Accidental damage

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at info@shuoergolab.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement part, repair, or product replacement.
