Delivery Charges
One delivery charge applies to your whole order, based on the total number of items. Charges are in Australian dollars and include GST.

The bands are worked out from the size and weight of your order, using one office chair as one item. Lighter items such as desktops and the MWS03 mobile desk take up less of a band, so an order of mixed items may fall into a lower band. The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
For orders where a quote is needed, please contact us with the products, quantities and delivery postcode. Large orders are usually sent by pallet.
Free Pickup from Auburn
Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order from 84/323B Chisholm Road, Auburn NSW 2144. After you order, we will contact you by email or WhatsApp to arrange a pickup time. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours on business days. Please bring your order number. Chair boxes are 64 × 32.5 × 53 cm and desktop boxes are up to 147 cm long, so please bring a suitable vehicle for larger orders.
Assembly Service
Courier delivery does not include assembly. Assembly can be arranged on request within the Sydney metropolitan area. It is carried out by a local installer we arrange and is quoted separately for each order; we confirm the price with you before booking. Contact us before or after ordering to arrange it.
Regional & Remote Areas
The charges above apply to every delivery address in mainland Australia, including regional and remote areas. We do not add any delivery surcharge after checkout.
Processing & Dispatch
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Auburn, NSW. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order is dispatched (usually 1–2 business days after payment), these are the typical transit times by road courier from our Auburn NSW warehouse:

For example, an order paid on Monday for delivery to Melbourne is usually dispatched by Wednesday and delivered within the following 2–4 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees: actual times depend on the courier, your address and peak periods. Large pallet orders may take longer, and we will confirm the timing with you when we quote.
Shipping Coverage
We deliver to addresses in mainland Australia: NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, WA and NT. We do not currently deliver to Tasmania.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.
Delivery Requirements
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Additional delivery fees may apply if redelivery is required due to incorrect address details or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, and provide photos of both the packaging and the product.
Delays
While we aim to deliver as quickly as possible, delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our control.
